November Ipsy Glam Bag!

Oh this one is a good one! I rarely care for the pouches that come in every Glam Bag, but even the pouch was a winner this month (gold faux snake skin with a wristlet strap). As I tore into the metallic pink envelop, I thought about how I would like to see an Em product in this month's wish came true.

Here's what I received in my Glam Bag this month:

1. Em Michelle Phan Lip Gallery Creamy Color Lipstick in Violaceous: a sheer, slightly glossy formula in a beautiful pink-violet shade.

2. Be a Bombshell Lip Crayon in Hot Damn: a twist-up lip crayon with a dry, sheer stain-effect, in a cherry-red shade.

3. Nailtini Straight Up Nail Lacquer in Caviar Cocktail: a gunmetal shimmer-finish formula with a nice size brush for easy application.

4. Pixi Beauty Bronzer in Subtly Suntouched: a very light tawny rose shade powder with a creamy texture. This product seems to be closer to a blush than a bronzer and is probably too light for my skin tone (swatch barely visible on my hand).

5. BH Cosmetics Galaxy Chic Baked Eye shadow in Eclipse: a cool, metallic plum baked powder, with a butter texture. Probably will be even more gorgeous if applied wet.

6. Starlooks Gem Pencil in Amethyst: this is a very creamy, metallic eye pencil is a light amethyst shade with micro glitter. This formula is very creamy and doesn't appear to set, so would probably  top with a powder to improve it's longevity.

I may not get much use out of the eye pencil or the bronzer but I think that all the items in this month's Glam Bag were pretty decent. I really like the Em lipstick and the BH Cosmetics eye shadow. Already looking forward to next month's Glam Bag!
