Walgreen's goodies!

I didn't *need* to stop in at Walgreen's. But I did. And I found a few gems. Let's dig in.

A while back I picked up a Sinful Colors Shine with Gel Tech and really like the formula and wear so I thought that I'd try a couple more-- in Rise & Shiner (green-- reminds me of a deeper, darker Essie Mojito) and Most Sinful (blue-- reminds me of a brighter SH Pacific Blue). I love these polishes-- both are cream shades that dry to a shiny finish and last like a higher end polish would. At $2.99 a pop-- it's a total steal.

Wet N Wild Fergie Collection has a bunch of new products out right now. I snatched up a Creme Eyeliner in Cobalt Vault. The formula is sort of a pearl finish with glitter. It has amazing staying power-- I had to scrub my hand to remove that swatch. Hope it lasts as long on my lash line.

There's were a couple new Jordan items out so I scooped one of each up-- the Jordana Made To Last Eyeshadow Pencil in 01 Eternal White and the Jordana Twist & Shine Moisturizing Balm Stain in 06 Cranberry Crush. I grabbed the white pencil in hopes that it is a longer-wearing replacement for my NYX Jumbo Shadow Pencil in Milk, which has a tendency to wear away a bit and crease. Right off the bat, the Jordana pencil applies slightly drier and looks bright even when blended out. I would like to give this product a try with Sigma's Creme de Couture shadows for a look that really pops. Jordana Twist & Shine Moisturizing Balm Stain in 06 Cranberry Crush reminds me of one of the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains but the formula feels thinner and slickers. I don't think that it left much of a stain once the shine wore away, but it was comfortable and the shade is a natural berry hue.

Have you come across anything new at the drugstore?

Love,
Michele
